We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a new role of Fleet Business Development Executive reporting to the Group Fleet Operations Manager. The purpose of the role is to proactively seek out new fleet business opportunities to help grow volume and gross for Eagers Group Fleet across all our brands. You will work closely with all our DP’s and fleet staff to help deliver and implement the best fleet solution for your prospects. You will sell solutions first, great motor vehicles second.

This is a true hunter role so would suit someone who is hungry for conquest business and not afraid to put in the hard yards to find those leads. As new accounts are won, after an agreed transition period these accounts will be handed over to the dealerships to manage the Relationship going forward so the BDE can continue hunting.

This role is key to the future growth plans of Eagers Automotive Fleet NZ – the position requires a high level of professionalism, trust & accountability and will offer exciting rewards for the successful candidate including a generous base, performance and behaviour driven incentives and a company vehicle.
