Eagers Automotive’s Long Service Awards is a programme run across Eagers Automotive’s Australian and New Zealand operations. An annual event, launched in NZ in 2015, it recognises and awards continuous employment within the business. The eligibility period for each year’s Long Service Awards is based on the calendar year. Any employee whose milestone anniversary falls within that year will be recognised at that year’s event.
Eagers Automotive’s employment milestones are:
- 10 years
- 15 years
- 20 years
- 25 years
- 30 years
- 35 years
- 40 years
- 45 years
- 50 years
Employees of companies acquired by Eagers Automotive also have the opportunity to have their continuous employment recognised with the relevant business, once the employee has served 12‐months employment with Eagers Automotive.
