Due to a significant increase in retail sales volumes being driven through our Company processes and aided by the new products ( New Ford Escape & New Ford Puma ) released over the past few months not forgetting us having New Zealand's number one selling vehicle in the Ford Ranger we have an opportunity to join John Andrew Ford, the Ford Brands flagship business.

We're looking for a New Vehicle Sales Specialist to work at John Andrew Ford Grey Lynn in the retail team. This opportunity is a very rare opportunity in today's economic climate thus we are looking for the right person and fit for our "Great" team.

With the mindset of work hard and have "FUN" we strive to "Drive Greatness" each and every day always making sure we maintain our "Number 1 By Choice and Not By Chance" statement.

To succeed in this position, you'll need to be and have:

  • Energetic and motivated to interact with all customers
  • Positive mindset and ability to work hard for your team
  • The right attitude towards customer experience and developed people skills
  • Proven sales abilities and track record of success
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • The confidence to build and foster strong relationships
  • Be Very Process driven
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on follow up and retention
