Due to the resignation of a Senior Manager, a First-rateopportunity has arisen for the position of Service Manager at North Harbour Ford Hillside Road Glenfield.

This is a crucial position at North Harbour Ford as Hillside Road Service is very much the Engine Room of the business, and the Service Manager is the Chief Engineer! We are therefore looking for a special sort of person to continue driving the business forward.

Since opening the doors in May 2017, Hillside Road has grown and developed into one of “the Premier” Service Departments in New Zealand. The business is well placed to develop and grow even further, with ample resources already in place. Hillside Road is a flagship site in a number of ways, and has an outstanding team with a culture of success. That culture has been instrumental in North Harbour Ford winning the Ford President’s award for three consecutive years.

The primary function of the role is simple !

To lead, motivate and develop your team, and provide the right resources, so they can deliver exemplary customer service !
