We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our Parts team at Manukau Hyundai.

The Parts Interpreter position requires automotive product knowledge to liaise confidently with Wholesale and Retail customers in a professional manner.  You will be interpreting and processing orders, as well as actively promoting and selling parts and accessories.

Key responsibilities:

  • Servicing the parts requirements of our busy workshops.
  • Interpreting and identifying automotive parts from various catalogues.
  • Dealing with retail customers.
  • General warehouse duties and stock taking.

To be considered for this position the ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:

  • You will have a genuine interest in pursuing a long term career in automotive franchise parts and an interest in motor vehicles.
  • You will have experience using computerised stock control systems, including order processing and invoicing.
  • You will have excellent understanding of English, both oral and written and be able to confidently talk to customers
  • You must be able to work in a busy and demanding environment
  • 2 years experience in a parts role is preferable
