Eagers Automotive NZ Celebrates its 11th Annual Long Service Awards at The Park Hyatt, Auckland
On Thursday, 6 November, Eagers Automotive NZ hosted our 11th Long Service Awards at the Boat House in the Park Hyatt, overlooking the Auckland Marina. The weather was perfect, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere that made it easy for everyone to mingle and connect as a group. The event brought together team members who’ve dedicated many years to the business, celebrating their milestones, excellence and contributions in 2025.
All employees with five or more years of continuous service were invited, plus additional special guests including Sir Michael Jones, our community ambassador for easyauto123. The night remained relaxed and celebratory, offering plenty of time to talk, reflect, and acknowledge the commitment, achievements, and strong culture within Eagers Automotive.
2025 Recognition
This year, we recognised 112 EANZ team members who have reached five or more years of service, representing a combined 1,393 years of dedication. We also celebrated nine major milestones across 10, 15, and 20-year anniversaries.
For 2025, we introduced a new recognition category: the Excellence Awards, which included six individual honours and a Dealership of the Year award.
We wouldn’t be the organisation we are today without the commitment of our people in so many essential roles. Your efforts continue to drive our success and strength as a team.
