Eagers Automotive NZ Celebrates its 10th Annual Long Service Awards at The Park Hyatt, Auckland

On Thursday, November 7, Eagers Automotive NZ held its 10th Long Service Awards overlooking the Auckland Marina within the stunning Boat House venue at the Park Hyatt. This annual celebration brought together employees with years of dedicated service, recognizing their significant milestones and contributions in 2024.

All employees who have reached five or more years of continuous service were invited to the evening. The event was informal and festive, providing ample opportunity for attendees to connect and enjoy a night dedicated to recognizing commitment, achievements, and the positive culture within Eagers Automotive.

2024 Employee Milestones

This year, we celebrated 131 team members with 5+ years of tenure, adding up to a combined 1,488 years of service! Among these were 12 major milestones, including remarkable 25, 30, 35, and even 40-year anniversaries. Currently, 15% of EANZ staff have over 10 years of service, and 36% have served for five years or more. Eagers Automotive would not be what it is today without our committed team members in diverse, essential roles across the organization. Your contributions drive our continued success and resilience.

2024 EGM Recognition Awards

The EGM Recognition Awards continued to spotlight performance excellence and values-based behaviors, with recipients selected by their team leaders and endorsed by EANZ General Manager, Mike Critchley. Winners received a $500 voucher for the Eagers Automotive Rewards site.
