Eagers Automotive Mazda dealers win big at the Mazda Dealer Awards
Two of Eagers Automotive New Zealand’s leading dealerships have won prestigious awards at the annual Mazda NZ National Dealer Awards, held in Queenstown this week.
North Harbour Mazda and John Andrew Mazda each won an Overall Dealer Performance Award. This award goes to dealers who have demonstrated excellence across all areas of the business.
John Andrew Mazda also picked up Excellence in Lead Management, which encompasses the implementation of strict lead management to ensure the highest quality data, and Excellence in Mazda Finance, having delivered the highest finance penetration throughout the network.
The Mazda Dealership Awards, celebrating business success in 2021, evaluate all areas of a dealership’s operation, including vehicle and parts sales, service,and customer satisfaction results.
Trophieswere awarded across seven categories includingexcellence in sales, service, finance, marketing and community contribution.
Mazda New Zealand Managing Director, David Hodge, says like most industries ithas been a challenging couple of years for the automotive sector butits dealerships across the country have risen to the challenge.
“It has been a long wait to be able to gather and celebrate our dealers hard work over the last year and we are thrilled to honour those who have exceeded expectations.”
North Harbour Dealer Principal, Derrick van den Berg, extended his gratitude to the hard work his team had put in over the last 12 months, that led to them winning the Overall Dealership Performance Award.
“I was given the honour of accepting the overall Dealership performance award for North Harbour Mazda. This is reserved for dealerships with the highest level of consistent performance over a 12 month period in all categories. It has been an eventful 12 months and the North Harbour team have all taken it in their stride with a true challenger sprit. Thank you and congratulations to the entire North Harbour Mazda family, it was a privilege to accept this on your behalf.”
