We don’t expect you to take the decision to buy a new car lightly, so to assist and eliminate some of the pressure we have put together a very special offer for all 2019 August Baby Show visitors including offering a no-obligation, 24-hour vehicle evaluation so you can assess a new vehicle in your own environment. Edwards & Co ‘Starter Pack’ Terms and Conditions
1.The Edwards & Co baby ‘starter pack’ offer is available to all ticket holders of the 2019 August Baby Show.
2. To be eligible to receive the Edwards & Co baby ‘starter pack’ prize, 2019 August Baby Show ticket holders must purchase a new vehicle from a participating Eagers Automotive dealership between 8am Friday 16th August and 5pm Saturday 31st August 2019; and, make full payment or have finance approved before 5pm Saturday 31st August.
3. A valid 2019 August Baby Show ticket registered in the name of the customer purchasing the vehicle must be shown to a participating dealer during their first appointment if a customer has not already registered their details with Eagers Automotive staff during the August Baby Show event.
4. Eagers Automotive will make reasonable efforts to ensure that vehicles purchased during the promotional period (8am Friday 16th August and 5pm Sunday 25th August 2019) are delivered with the Edwards & Co baby ‘starter pack’, but is not responsible, and accepts no liability, if for any reason delivery does not occur by that date.

2019 August Baby Show on site event offer – Babymoon scan and be in to win Terms and Conditions
2019 August Baby Show onsite event offer – ‘Babymoon’ scan and be in to win offer terms and conditions:
1. To enter the promotion entrants must scan their registered August 2019 Baby Show ticket and answer the qualifying question at the Eagers Automotive stand (C14) between Friday 16th – Sunday 18th August 2019.
2. There are four NZ Road Trip Babymoon prizes available to win each with a different vehicle to use for the weekend; 1x Ford, 1x Mazda, 1x Mitsubishi & 1x Hyundai. Only one entry is permitted per Baby Show ticket. Entrants will be placed into the relevant draw based on their answer to the qualifying question.
3. Each prize includes; two night’s accommodation at the Copthorne Hotel and Resort in the bay of Islands with breakfast, one three course dinner for two and the use of a brand new vehicle with one full tank of fuel from a participating Eagers Automotive dealership.
4. Valid entries will be separated into their respective draws (based on vehicle brand) and one winner per draw will be selected at random to win the NZ Babymoon Road Trip prize. The four draws will be made at Eagers Automotive’s head office on Tuesday 20th August 2019. Winners will be notified by phone or email within 24 hours.
5. The promotion is valid across one weekend period (Friday – Sunday) and must be used before 1st December, 2019. NZ public holiday weekends are excluded.
6. Eagers Automotive will do their best to provide the winner’s preferred vehicle for the desired weekend however this is subject to vehicle availability and is at the participating dealers’ discretion. Eagers Automotive would appreciate at least 2 week’s notice in order to ensure the specified vehicle is available for the proposed weekend.
7. Pick-up of the vehicle will be from a participating Eagers Automotive dealership on a Friday afternoon by arrangement (address and contact details will be supplied to the winner/driver following the draw). Return of the vehicle is expected before noon (12pm) the following Monday.
8. The vehicle borrowed is insured with the participating Eagers Automotive dealership and anyone with a valid full NZ Driver’s License is permitted to drive it upon acceptance of the terms and conditions stated within the dealership’s loan car form.
9. The driver/winner agrees to ensure that the vehicle will be operated within the law and abiding to the NZ road rules.
10. All traffic infringement, speed camera and parking fines obtained while the vehicle is in the possession of the driver/winner are the responsibility of the driver/winner.
11. There is a maximum $2,000 insurance excess which the driver/winner may be required to contribute to should they be purposefully negligent with the vehicle while it is in their care.
12. The vehicle will be supplied with one full tank of petrol and if any additional petrol is required this will be at the winner/driver’s cost.
13. Entry into the promotion is deemed as approval to use the winner’s name(s) and photograph(s) for publicity purposes. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeliness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including the outcome) and promoting any products and/or services supplied by the promoter.
