Job description

Due to the promotion of an existing team member, John Andrew Group Fleet are looking for a Fleet Sales Support with John Andrew Mazda to join the team based in Grey Lynn.

This year will see the launch of the All-New Mazda CX-5 SUV, Mazda MX-30 PHEV SUV, 100% Electric Ford eTransit van, NextGen Ford Ranger & NextGen Ford Everest SUV - these key vehicles will see Fleet demand skyrocket while we maintain an industry leading level of customer experience that makes us the #1 Fleet Team in NZ!

Being responsible for the Mazda side of the business, this role will work with both the Fleet & Retail teams at John Andrew Mazda to facilitate Vehicle Stocking, Transportation, End of Month Profiling, Lease Orders & Registration of all Mazda vehicles.

The ideal person will:

  • Have experience in a Vehicle Administrator capacity & wants to work for a high-volume brand to be #1.
  • Be up to speed with the LTNZ Vehicle Registration systems & legal requirements to register vehicles.
  • Possess a problem-solving attitude and able to deliver 100% customer-centric processes in-line with our existing high standards.
  • Understand vehicle stocking systems & implement streamlined processes for quick vehicle profiling / delivery.
  • Ability to be cross trained to learn the John Andrew Ford systems & processes to cover other team members on leave etc.
  • Be an effective and engaging communicator that is focused on finding the best way forward while maintaining calm approach.
  • Be computer literate & able to utilise multiple systems to wash up deals come month end.
  • Be HUNGRY & fit within a DRIVEN, SUCCESSFUL, FAST-PACED team.
  • Not be scared to work HARD & SMART while also having FUN as part of a tightknit team.
