Brody Seymour | Pre-Delivery Centre Apprentice Parts Interpreter
Congratulations to our Eagers Automotive Pre-Delivery CentreApprentice Parts Interpreter, Brody Seymour, in being the first in our group to complete the newly created Mito NZ Qualification in Automotive Parts and Accessories.
What makes this achievement extra special is the fact that Brody has completed the qualification in a record time of only 10 months! This qualification is a 22-month programme which students complete at their own pace and includes a mix of practical training and assessment, undertaken in the workplace, and eLearning.
Students have access to videos, learning activities and course assessments, which can be easily accessed at any time and from any device –mobile phone, tablet, or PC.
The training programme leads to the following qualification outcomes:
- Follow workplace policies, procedures, and relevant regulations to work safely and effectively
- Understand automotive vehicle systems
- Apply fundamental sales techniques
- Carry out department operations including the sourcing, storing, and selling of automotive parts and accessories.
Under the watchful eye of Parts Dept guru Warren Rydon, Brody is an integral part of the team and continues to show drive, passion, and commitment to not only furthering her career, but also the Eagers Automotive business.A true pleasure to work with Brody, will be one of the stars to look out for with future achievements and progression with her career.
