Srinivas Gopalan | New Vehicle Team Leader Manukau Hyundai
Meet Srinivas Gopalan our New Vehicle Team Leader for Manukau Hyundai. Srinivas has worked with Eagers Automotive for 7 years. He has recently been promoted from New Vehicle Specialist which the Manukau Hyundai team are very excited about.
When asked about the highlights of his journey so far, Srinivas says “I enjoy working with some great people around me, who have been an inspiration to me in many ways, such as learning and growing both professionally and personally.”
Srinivas appreciates that his talent and skills were always recognised and appreciated, allowing him to be confident in his job. Srinivas believes ‘people first’ is the right attitude when it comes to customer service. He also states that it’s important to “treat every customer the same way he would like to be treated.” This is something that he preaches and practices.
In his spare time, he likes to keep it simple and watch movies while spending time with his 2 young kids. His favourite car at Eagers Automotive is the Hyundai Santa Fe due to the comfort, safety, technology, and styling, which are the 4 important things that impress him a lot.
